This major remodelling project transformed a traditional 1930s detach house into a six bedroom luxury property, adding 110 sqm of new floor area

The Borrowed Bamboo House

This is a single storey flat roof extension 7m across to the back of a 1950s house to form an open plan kitchen/ dining space where the space flowed seamlessly between the inside and the outside.

The Courtyard House for a Florist 

This project is a remodelling of a partially stone built single storey bungalow to create a protected internal courtyard (4m x 6m). The house is set within extensive and abundant gardens with fruit trees and flower beds.

To celebrate this coveted picture-postcard view, a single storey rear extension with full height glass sliding doors is planned. This 3m deep extension accommodates a new open-plan dining kitchen and living space.
