ABOUT ME

 

Hello, it's me, Gabriel Tang! Thanks for checking out my website!

 

I am a UK qualified and ARB registered architect based in Sheffield. With 20 years architectural experience, I help homeowners create the homes of their dreams. Here, you can see some recent selected projects!

 

Over the years, I have helped clients transform their properties, and through this, enrich the way they live. Through cost-effective changes and practical imagination, value is added along the way!

 

I do this with a network of structural engineers, planners and property consultants to achieve positive planning and other statutory permission outcomes - to create the desired home design: be it a re-model or a new build!

My architectural experience comes from my time working for Sir Norman Foster in London after graduating from The Bartlett, UCL (University College London). I gained valuable design and project skills through my involvement in McLaren’s Formula One Racing Car Headquarters in Woking (which is RIBA Stirling Prize nominated) and Leslie L Dan Pharmacy Building in Toronto, Canada.

I have a PhD on innovative architectural construction and am a published author. But more relevantly, I have a MBA (Masters in Business Administration) where I apply principles of property economics and project management on my design delivery. With that in mind, I am keenly aware about the types of architectural interventions which will result in worthwhile property value uplift in different situations, as seen in my projects.

 

As I am an UK ARB registered architect, I have professional indemnity insurance, meaning my design work is also insured.
