The house is located at one of the hills in Sheffield. The back of the house is blessed with a spectacular prospect across the Mayfield Valley.

To celebrate this coveted picture-postcard view, a single storey rear extension with full height glass sliding doors is planned. This 3m deep extension accommodates a new open-plan dining kitchen and living space.

 

A timber deck is built in the sloping garden to provide a practical and flat area.
